| Here are a few things to consider when selecting your best shipping option: |
| When selecting your shipping preference, please keep in mind our 48 - 72 hour turnaround policy. Our policy is: "In by 6pm, Out by 7pm of the following day (excluding weekends)." Since 8pm is beyond the cutoff hours of USPS, your package will be actually shipped the following day. For example, an order placed on Monday before 6pm will be ready for local pick-up by Tuesday at 7pm. If this order is being shipped, it will go out on Wednesday. | All Next Day, 2 Day and 3-4 Day shipments are guaranteed to be delivered by 5PM of the scheduled delivery date. If you need to guarantee an AM delivery please contact us for a rate quote (please note that guaranteed AM deliveries are at least 50% more expensive than the rates listed). |
| Saturday deliveries are only available for Next Day shipments and are subject to an additional $60 charge. |
